Blue Waves Surf House Booking & Payments Conditions
Please read the following conditions carefully. If any part of these conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these conditions will still be valid.
Holiday Contract
Your contract is with Blue Waves Surf House, SARL, Project Social 9, 80000 Anza – Agadir (Morocco) IF: 15208241. The person signing the booking form must read and accept these Booking Conditions. In the case of a group booking, the group leader or "lead name" must have the authority to sign on behalf of everyone in the group. The lead name will be responsible for the full cost of the holiday including extra insurance, cancellations, and amendment charges. No booking contract exists between Blue Waves Surf House and the client until the booking form has been received. We reserve the right to refuse to accept bookings in our absolute discretion without stating the reason for doing so.
Risk Acceptance / Entry Form
All trips/tours involve inherent risks that may not be present in the case of conventional or less demanding and active holidays. In accepting the risk involved, passengers acknowledge the decision to travel has been made after due consideration of relevant travel information and no liability exists to Blue Waves Surf House or the service provider.
Responsibility
Blue Waves Surf House may act as an agent in the arrangement of travel services and accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or costs incurred that may arise to any passenger or third party resulting from the passengers or third party’s use.
Prices
All prices are in euros. Payment is to be made in two steps: 1. Down payment by bank transfer as stated in the booking confirmation. Arising bank transfer or currency exchange fees need to be paid by the client. A deposit is required at the time of booking. Once confirmation has been dispatched the deposit is non-refundable. 2. The remainder will be paid in cash (Euros or Dirhams) on location in Morocco during the check-in procedure.
Cancellation Policies
If you are obliged to cancel your booking you should write to Blue Waves Surf House immediately. The cancellation date will be deemed as the day that we have received in writing your cancelation request. The following sliding scale determines if your holiday is refundable:
- Cancellation over 60 days before arrival – we will refund 90% of the total paid amount.
- Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before arrival – we will refund 75% of the total paid amount.
- Cancellation between 29 and 14 days before arrival - we will refund 50% of the total paid amount.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival - we do not refund. We recommend you to contract travel insurance.
- No show (not present at the day of arrival) – we do not refund. We recommend you to contract travel insurance.
Insurance
Blue Waves Cancellation Insurance:
- Guests have the option to purchase Blue Waves Cancellation Insurance. Our insurance, priced at 10€ per reserved night, can only be purchased at the time of booking.
- Coverage: The insurance covers cancellations made before your scheduled arrival at Blue Waves. During your stay, it will provide coverage only in cases of major causes, including illness, accidents, or injuries.
Travel Insurance:
- Everyone booking a holiday with Blue Waves Surf House must have full travel insurance. Blue Waves Surf House accepts no responsibility for loss theft or damage to persons or property during their stay. Guests must obtain their insurance independently
Surf and Weather
In the event of poor weather or poor surf, the passenger shall have no claim against Blue Waves Surf House or the operators.
Health & Fitness
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable level of fitness to undertake your surf trip or yoga retreat. Seek the advice of your doctor for specific health recommendations for travel to the region you are visiting and/or for any pre-existing health concerns. Blue Waves Surf House reserves the right to ask for a current medical certificate stating you are fit to partake on a trip.
Passports and Visas
It is the passenger’s responsibility to carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when traveling with Blue Waves Surf House. Please ensure passports are valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond your date of arrival for the trip/tour.
